What We Do
So much talent and opportunity remain unrealised.
So many careers are sub-optimal.
So many individuals, teams and organisations can do (even) better with the right support and development at the start.
New In Role supports the newly appointed leader, provides them with the skills required to be successful and ensures embedding of those skills through daily practice.

We have challenging and supportive conversations but with only one agenda: your success

We work with clients in two, often integrated ways.
A comprehensive multi-workshop programme for 1st time managers.
Can be tailored to the individual client needs but is based on 10 comprehensive modules that cover all aspects of management that are relevant for the 1st time manager.
Coaching & Mentoring
Whether a manager for the first time or senior executive moving into a new senior executive role, the transitions are significant. We support individual executives throughout that transition with structured ‘first 12 months’ coaching.

Client Stories
We are passionate about leadership and the impact it can have on people and the work they do and things they achieve. Rather than talk about ourselves here is what some of those we have worked with say about that experience...
